Time: 5.00pm—10.00pm

LJMU celebrates the city’s links with the docks and the sea with a series of installations at The Everyman and LJMU’s Aldham Roberts Library .

The glamour and elegance of travel on board the Cunard cruise ships will be brought to life by Liverpool John Moores University in an exhibition based on original brochures and images from the archives alongside music and deck games.

The Merseyside at War 1914-1918 project will be in Aldham Robarts Library with a display of Cunard themed stories from our website. Share your nautical WWI story with us between 4.00pm-8.00pm

The Everyman auditorium will be open to the public from 5.30pm–10.00pm with a maritime installation of light and sound, and Ev2 will see a live soundtrack performed to images and footage of Liverpool’s historic docks plus footage to be shown from projectionist project Reels at Sea.

The ‘top deck’ of the theatre – with the balcony open – will host drinks and high class cocktails, including a selection inspired by the Cunard liners, in the Theatre Bar at Everyman Theatre from 5:00pm–11.00pm.
